sobremesa tours is the creation of a food hedonist. Lauren Heineck, also the curator, photographer and historian behind Sobremesa In Spain, has dedicated her entire life to food. Most recently she has parlayed her three years of experience living and eating throughout Spain in her blog chronicles and freelance writing. After countless tapas tours given to her friends, city itineraries built for friends of friends and various accolades of “you know so much about Spanish food” or “wow you should do this for a living,”  the idea finally struck a chord and sobremesa tours was born. Lauren now has the pleasure of devoting her life and passion points for the good of all those who travel to Barcelona in search of great discovery, Catalan anecdotes, and flavors to last a lifetime.
